4Asmile helped me develop as an employee and more importantly as a person. I benefited hugely from my colleagues and superiors in various ways from starting off at the bottom and working my way up to Senior Team Leader. I learnt that despite my position working as a team is always necessary to achieve the best results and help more people improve their lives. Whilst working to help the unfortunate I also improved my own situation by increasing my confidence and ability to manage time. I am thankful for all the opportunities I have been provided with at my time here and the lifelong friends I have made along the way.

My time working with 4ASMILE has been nothing but joy & experience. As someone who suffers from bad social anxiety i can say it’s helped me gain courage to go out of my way and talk to people. 4ASMILE gives people with low confidence a chance to build partnership with their companions and a better ambition for their future goals.

My journey at 4asmile has been good, a lot better then experiences that I had in over environments when I was looked down on, hence the others I help in the company have gone on and done amazing and great things, I definitely wanna encourage more people to join us in this journey to help between a lot of the main issues in the current time with the society.
